I am pleased to have aided our client in securing issuance of U.S. Patent No. 11,579,709. In this instance, we were brought in help out in the middle of prosecution. These cases can be tricky since you are not the original drafter of the application. Indeed, you have to acquaint yourself with the technology quickly and efficiently. Further, the claims needed substantial revisions for clarity and practice related reasons. Nonetheless, we are very pleased that after a single response and interview, we got this case allowed. This patent relates to a flight stick for gaming and other applications with six degrees for freedom of movement.
